The online admission form on this website is designed for privacy:
- No database: Nothing you type into the online form is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Print/Save PDF: When you print or save the form, the PDF is generated entirely on your device.
- WhatsApp exit: If you choose to send the form via WhatsApp, the message opens in your WhatsApp app for you to review and send manually to the Admissions line. Nothing auto-transmits.

If your child is admitted, data is transferred to the school's official pupil register and retained according to our educational record-keeping policies. If not admitted, data is securely deleted within one academic year.
7. Security
We implement strict physical and digital safeguards. Access to pupil health and personal data is restricted to staff who require it for safeguarding or educational purposes. Paper forms are kept in locked cabinets in the school office.
